Two programs, one for kids aged 4 to 12 and one for teens 13 to 17. Here is what each looks like, what it costs and how to start.

Kids Program

The Kids Program, for ages 4 to 12, teaches self-defense, anti-bullying and confidence through fun, interactive drills. Kids learn to control a situation without striking to the head or body.

Respect, discipline and resilience are part of every class. Children learn to handle challenging situations with confidence, on the mat and off it.

Classes run Tuesday and Thursday at 5:00 PM and Saturday at 9:00 AM. Parents are welcome to watch from the side.

Teens Program

The Teens Program, for ages 13 to 17, bridges the kids class and adult training. Teens train in the adult Gi and No Gi classes, paired with other teens, with sparring introduced progressively.

Classes build strength, coordination and self-defense without striking, among partners their own age. Teens who want to compete get the guidance to do so; those who train for themselves are just as welcome.

Respect, consistency and composure under pressure are part of every session. The teenage years are when good habits stick, and our coaches hold the room to that standard.
