Classes

We offer both Gi and No Gi Jiu Jitsu at varying levels of difficulty, ensuring that students of all skill levels can learn in an engaging and challenging environment.

Kids Program

The Kids Program, for ages 4 to 12, teaches self-defense, anti-bullying and confidence through fun, interactive drills. Kids learn to control a situation without striking to the head or body.

Respect, discipline and resilience are part of every class. Children learn to handle challenging situations with confidence, on the mat and off it.

Classes run Tuesday and Thursday at 5:00 PM and Saturday at 9:00 AM. Parents are welcome to watch from the side.

Teens Program

The Teens Program, for ages 13 to 17, bridges the kids class and adult training. Teens train in the adult Gi and No Gi classes, paired with other teens, with sparring introduced progressively.

Classes build strength, coordination and self-defense without striking, among partners their own age. Teens who want to compete get the guidance to do so; those who train for themselves are just as welcome.

Respect, consistency and composure under pressure are part of every session. The teenage years are when good habits stick, and our coaches hold the room to that standard.

Women’s Program

The Women’s Program teaches practical ground self-defense built for situations where size and strength differences matter. Technique beats force, and the techniques are learned at your own pace.

Women train in the adult Gi and No Gi classes and are paired with other women whenever they prefer. Women choose their partners; men do not ask women to roll.

Every class runs in a supportive, clean and respectful room, under instructors who know how to coach beginners safely.

Adults Program

The Adults Program, for ages 18 and up, builds defense that relies on skill over strength, so it suits every body type and fitness level.

Classes combine conditioning with practical, real-world positions, in Gi and No Gi, with sparring rounds in every session.

Along with the physical side comes discipline and composure under pressure, the part of Jiu Jitsu that follows you off the mat.
